    Question

    In the SEARCHPARM table, an index rule reads:
    IX=C CS=6500~6501~6502~6503~6504~6505~6506~6507~600H~610H~611H~630H~651H~654H~655H~6900

    I understand that the IX=C specifies that the index type is a Composite Index, but what does CS stand for?

    Answer

    What follows CS= are the component search definitions for the Composite Index.
