Pending Commitments
- Line Item amounts (Price) on Pending POs (not Approved)
- Line Item Price Adjustments or Other Charges on Pending POs
Total Commitments
- Line Item Price Adjustments or Other Charges on Approved POs
Pending Expenditures
- Line Item amounts (Price) on a Pending Invoices
- Line Item Price Adjustments or Other Charges on the Pending Invoices
- Prepays (PrePay Amount per Copy entered in the Price information in the Line Item) entered in Pending PO line items
Total Expenditures
- Prepays (PrePay Amount per Copy entered in the Price information in the Line Item) entered in Approved PO line items
- Any Adjustments or Other Charges on Approved Invoices
Once an Invoice is Approved, Total Commitments become Total Expenditures.
