Voyager checks "Cancel After" interval in
- line item
- purchase order
- vendor record
- Vendor Type in SysAdmin
- If interval blank in all, Voyager does not cancel.
- All monographic cancelling is dependent on running Pacqjob number 1, and 'Generate Cancel' from the Problem List or the PO.
