    Where is patron import log for XML patron import?

    Question

    When running PpatronImpX, operator receives message, "Cannot start patron import, please see log file for details" but audit and error import logs in /rpt directory are empty. Where is the log file the message is referring to?

    Answer

    There is a patronImportExport.log file in /m1/voyager/xxxdb/log.
