Which line items roll over when running Fiscal Period Close (FPC)?

Answer

• If the combination of line item status and invoice item status is marked Yes or Yes* as shown in table 16-1 of the Acquisitions User's Guide, the line item copy appears on the Open Order Report.
• Those marked Yes* are those open orders eligible for rollover

Additional Information

Note that Prepaid items and line item Adjustments do not roll, nor do line items on POs that have a PO Status of Complete.  For an eligible line item to roll over, the Rollover Rule must also be configured to allow the order type/line item type combination to roll over.
