    Why Apache IdentityCheck logging should be off?

    Answer

    The IdentityCheck configuration directive can be turned on, but, it will adversely impact Apache's performance.

    Additional Information

    The Apache package has the default of Identity check off.
    for each Voyager upgrade, Identity check will have to be turned back on.
