Why are the Pick Up Location and Circulation Location boxes in SysAdmin greyed out for a location so they can't be unchecked?

In SysAdmin>Circulation>Policy Definitions>policy name>Locations>Settings, both the Pick Up Location and Circulation Location boxes are checked but greyed out so they cannot be unchecked. How can they be unchecked?
Answer
The Pick Up Location and Circulation Location boxes will be greyed out if the location in question is selected as the Default Pickup Location in In SysAdmin>Circulation>Cluster Maintenance; selecting a different location in the Default Pickup Location dropdown will activate the Pick Up Location and Circulation Location boxes so they can be unchecked.
