Bug Report Form for Issue 16384-15841
    Module(s): Cataloging
    Server platform(s) affected: Solaris

    Release(s) replicated in: 7.0.3-8

    Expected results:
The delete.item file should not record a media type code when the item does not have a media type.

    Actual results:
When an item does not have a media type, he media type field in the delete.item field is populated with the item type code.

    Workflow implications:

    Replication steps:
    1. In Cataloging from an item record with no media type selected, select Record>Delete.
    2. On the server in /m1/voyager/xxxdb/rpt/delete.item, you'll see that position 13 has the item type code.
    3. This is an example of an item that has an item type code of book. While the item_type_id and media_type_id are correctly recorded as 1 and 0, the item type code shows as book for both:
    "85945","54060","48529","47802","Puck of Pook's Hill / by Rudyard Kipling ; illustrated by Arthur Rackham.","","demo","2011-08-01 09:51:48","","1","book","0","book","6","edu-juv","","","","","","","0","1","0.00"
