    Google Developer Console Account Access

For Ex Libris to be able to release the campusM apps on your behalf to the Google Play store, access to your Google Developer Console account will be required.

    New Account

Please follow the steps on the Google Developer pages to setup a new account: http://developer.android.com/distribute/googleplay/start.html. Once the account has been created please provide Ex Libris with access as described below.

    Transfers

    Prerequisites

Your registered account must be an active account, and in good standing with Google Play Apps Policies.
Ex Libris requires two pieces of information to submit an App transfer request to Google:
    • Transaction ID
    • E-mail address of the Google Play Developer account (this is the primary e-mail address of the account into which the App is to be transferred).
Once we have this information, we can submit the App transfer request to Google. This transfer process is generally completed within 1-2 days.

    Transaction ID

To get the transfer process started, Ex Libris requires a transaction ID, which represents the transaction made with Google while registering the developer account.
To ensure you get the right transaction ID, please ensure that you are already logged in to the Google Developer Console of the account into which the App is going to be transferred. Below are the steps required to get this ID:
    1. Follow the link to the Google Wallet dashboard, here.
    2. Navigate to the “Completed” section, and click on the earliest transaction made, which should represent developer account registration fees transaction.
    3. The transaction details should include something along the lines of “Android Developer Registration Fees”. The ID is typically formatted as: “01234567890123456789.token.0123456789012345 or “0.G.123456789012345” or “registration-1234ab56-7c89-12d3-4567-8e91234567f8”.
