If the end-user app is obsolete it might cause an unexpected app malfunction.
The Force Upgrade feature allows the Administrator to set a minimum release of the app and force the end-user to reinstall the application.
This tool gives the Administrator more options to support end-user issues.
Begin by login the App-Manager, go to settings -> force upgrade
Set the minimal supported campusM Android and IOS versions and save.
A user with an obsolete version will be notified to re-install the app and will be redirected to the App Store.
