360 KB: ASM Online Journals Database: Titles Will Be Removed -- October 2022

What is happening to the database ASM Online Journals?

ProQuest currently has title-level information for the ASM Online Journals from provider American Society of Mammalogists in the Knowledgebase. The journals in this collection are now hosted by Oxford. Oxford does not provide a separate collection as ASM did, but the journals from it could be found in several Oxford collections.

The database ASM Online Journals from the provider American Society of Mammalogists is no longer being updated. In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from ASM Online Journals database and the database will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on October 6, 2022. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible. (NOTE: The database code for this database is ASQ.)

This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.

Actions you may need to take:

    • If you are a 360 Resource Manager, 360 Counter, or Intota client, you may need to make some changes to your account settings before October 6, 2022:
      • Intota users click here.
      • Client Center users click here.
