360 KB: Dow Jones Factiva: Title-Level URLs

Why are there no title level URLs in the Dow Jones Factiva databases?

While we are provided with title lists by Dow Jones Factiva for their collections in the Knowledgebase, these lists do not currently contain title-level URLs and default to the database level URL for the collection. We are working with the provider in order to add URLs to these collections.
