360 KB: Journals@Ovid LWW Databases from Ovid: Databases Name Change -- February 2022

What is happening to the name of Journals@Ovid LWW databases?

The Journals@Ovid LWW databases from the provider Ovid are named incorrectly.

Therefore, we will be changing the databases names in the Knowledgebase. The content of the databases, and the databases IDs, will remain the same.

This change will take effect on February 8, 2022:

Database ID Database Name Before February 8, 2022 Database Name After February 8, 2022
GQDEL Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2021 with Neurology N21 Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2021 with Neurology N21 Years 1 and 2 (LTOT-Y1-N21)
TSPGW Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2021 minus Neurology N21 Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2021 minus Neurology N21 Years 1 and 2 (LTOA-Y1-N21)
AMKUR Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2020 with Neurology N20 Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2020 minus Neurology N20 Years 2 and 3 (LTOT-Y2-N20)
ALMTX Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2020 minus Neurology N20 Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2020 minus Neurology N21 Years 2 and 3 (LTOA-Y2-N20)
DIWNM Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2021 with Neurology Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2021 with Neurology Years 1 and 2 (LTOT-21-YR1)
IKREB Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2021 minus Neurology Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2021 with Neurology Years 1 and 2 (LTOA-21-YR1)
AMJPA Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2020 with Neurology Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2020 with Neurology Years 2 and 3 (LTOT-20-YR2)
AJIOK Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2020 minus Neurology Journals@Ovid LWW Total Access Collection 2020 minus Neurology Years 2 and 3 (LTOA-20-YR2)

Actions you may need to take:

    • If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds the database name as it appears in the Client Center/Intota to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after February 8, 2022.
    • If your library uses a third-party service (such as EBSCO A-Z, etc.), custom scripts to manage data, or other non-ProQuest tools that require the database name to function, you should note the change in ProQuest's database name in order to retain the proper relationship/mapping between those tools.
