What is happening with Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. databases in 360KB?
Dear Mutual Customers-
We have recently discovered an issue impacting coverage and usage of Mary Ann Liebert content in our knowledgebase products (SFX, Alma, 360 KB). The nature of the issue required some development work on our side, and that work has now been completed and we have implemented a fix that is now pending release into production.
For 360 KB customers, a fix was implemented and released on March 22.
We have been working closely with Mary Ann Liebert to resolve the matter for the benefit of our mutual customers, and we appreciate Mary Ann Liebert’s assistance in resolving this matter.
Please note that this lapse in content coverage may affect your usage results, and we recommend that this be taken into consideration for the time period of February-April.
