What is happening to the database MyiLibrary?

We are making changes to our processing of MyiLibrary data to extract ISBNs from their title list in the following order:

    • Hardcover
    • Paperback
    • Electronic [Pub EAN ISBN]
    • MyiLibrary-specific [MIL]

This change will help increase normalization. It will also help our mutual clients match the title lists they receive from MyiLibrary to the database in the knowledgebase. We are alerting our mutual clients to this change as it may result in increased add, delete and/or change records for 360 MARC Updates customers.

This change will take effect January 23, 2015, for database MyiLibrary [Database Code: MYL]
