360 KB: University of California Press Journals from JSTOR: Database Migration -- July 2015

What is happening to the database University of California Press Journals?

The database University of California Press Journals (Database Code RCL) from the provider JSTOR will no longer host new content starting from 2016. Existing content will be archived and continue to be available from JSTOR. However, this database will not be updated after 2015.

Therefore, we have created a new database in the Knowledgebase with the new provider, HighWire Press: University of California Press Journals, database code ULGLC

Action you need to take:

• Update the holdings in your Intota or Client Center profile by subscribing to the new database instead of the old database.  For information on how to update your profile, and considerations prior to removing the old database from your profile:
  • Intota users click here.
  • Client Center users click here.
• If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds direct URLs or database specific information to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after July 7th.
