What does it mean when a database listed in an E-Catalog search result says 'Yes' in the 'Has Connection' column?

When you perform a database search using the E-Catalog, you get a results page like the following:
E-Catalog Search Result -- Has Connection
The last column, Has Connection, indicates whether Serials Solutions has already created a federated-search connection to that database, for use with 360 Search.
If there is a federated-search connection, you can add the database to your library's Serials Solutions profile and then configure the database for 360 Search. Instructions are found here.
If there isn't already a federated-search connection, the only way to provide your patrons with access to that database from within the 360 Search service is to make a link-only connection. You can also request that we develop the connection.
