How do we load delete records into Innovative Interfaces Millennium?

Innovative Interfaces' Millennium ILS product cannot load delete records the same way as new or change records. Here are their instructions for how to load delete records:
    1. Put the "records to be deleted" file on your III server. Go into "data exchange." Check off "use review files" before loading. Load file. Retrieve list of records in "create lists" function by selecting "copy" icon. Delete the records in that list.
    2. If you forget to check off "use review files," make a list of the records you just loaded. Include in strategy: value = d in REC STAT fixed field (under MARC21 Leader tab in Create List function).
