What is happening to the database Taylor & Francis eBooks?
The 360 KB team recently updated the Taylor & Francis eBooks database based on a new update file from the provider, which removed duplicate titles from this database in the Knowledgebase. (NOTE: The database code for this database is JTX.)
Actions you may need to take:
If you notice that your Client Center profile for this database has fewer selected titles than previously, or if there are incorrect delete records in your next 360 MARC update file, you may need to reactivate titles affected by the update.
If you need assistance reactivating your titles in the Taylor & Francis eBooks database, please submit a case to our Support Team via the Ex Libris Support Portal with your file of subscribed titles from Taylor & Francis (as a spreadsheet containing titles, ISBNs, and preferably URLs).
