Analytics Evidence AGSA16 - Dimensions often freeze instead of opening

Use Case:

When you create a report and click on a dimension to expand it, quite often the user gets a bulls-eye and the dimension will not open.

Users log out of Analytics, log out of Alma, log back into Alma, and go back into Analytics only to discover that this has still not fixed the problem.

This results in wasted time and frustrated users.
