    subject area: physical items
    consortia; resource management

    Use Case:

In order to support consortial collection development (e.g., weeding, shared print programs) and resource sharing, consortia need the ability to view number of copies held and their item policy across a consortium.

For example, before Institution A withdraws a book or journal run, it should be able to generate a report to see if Institutions B, C, etc. also have copies and if they circulate.
