    Below is a sample of one of the resources pulled from Analytics using the canned report (Data from UT Dallas).

    Problems with the Data:

    Problem 1:  The cost analysis is broken down by taking the PO amount by 12 and then giving the cost per use by month. This probably would be served better by providing a yearly breakdown with a different report providing monthly data (or having prompts allowing for the report to be broken into months).

    Problem 2: Usage and Estimated Usage. This data is not currently loaded into Alma by our institution. Can there be a clarification of how this data is obtained as this could also cause incorrect results if it combines with loaded data from an institution.
