Ex Libris Response: This was fixed in the Alma June 2018 release

In the Usage Data Subject Area the Normalized Title in the Title Identifier dimension does not have its titles normalized in the same method as the Normalized Title information in the Bibliographic Details dimensions of all of the other subject areas.

This means users can’t build reports on Usage Data comparing the normalized titles from other subject areas.

    status: closed
    priority: high
    subject area: usage data; e-inventory

    Use Case:

Boston College tried to build a report to get BR1 usage data on the e-books used in our course reserves.

We built a report to pull the titles and normalized titles for our e-books using the Course Reserves SA. Boston College then used this as an input to the Usage Data report matching on normalized title. But since the titles are not normalized in the same way the report did not find any matches.
