ACM Freely Available backfile

ACM has announced that the First 50 Years Backfile of the Journals and Proceedings is now freely available.

We have been working with ACM, but are still waiting to receive suitable title lists so that the KB's and CDI can reflect this change.  Unfortunately, we do not yet know when the metadata will be available.

This article will be updated when the databases have been modified.
