Title list we have received for the Westlaw Law School collection in January 2022 was supplied in a structure different from the one we were working with previously.

Since then we have obtained updated instructions about some of these structural changes, but other details regarding the missing coverage dates and identifiers require further clarification. Unfortunately, our working contact with the provider has left Thomson Reuters at the end of February 2022 and following up with their generic support email address and telephone number has not produced any responses.

Thanks to the help of the customers using the Westlaw Law School collection who, following our suggestion, have contacted their WestLaw representatives, we now have the list that has a workable structure and the key data elements included. The update task is now with our Operations team.
