Display Logic Rules - Shared Network Zone choices in Institution Zone

Share online Service Order - Shared Network Zone choices in Institution Zone

Allow Distribution of Network Zone Normalization Rules to all Institution Zones

Allow Consortia Members to work on a set of records in NZ

Catalogers of consortia members should be able to create a set of NZ records in the Network Zone for BIB and AUTH , run Normalization on the set of records in order to correct them, and be able to export the NZ set of records.

This enhancement will facilitate joint collaborative cataloging within a consortia environment by extending hands-on access to the Network Zone for authorized member staff. It will enable permitted Catalogers across institutions to contribute directly to the quality and accuracy of shared records, promoting a more efficient and scalable approach to centralized metadata management. Ultimately, this feature will strengthen the consortium’s capacity for shared stewardship of central bibliographic and authority records, enhancing both efficiency and quality in central cataloging operations. |
