Overview
Alma provides you with the ability to manage all aspects of physical, electronic and digital resources. Robust workflows ensure that inventory of any type is handled efficiently, easily, and quickly. Inventory management workflows are fully integrated with acquisitions and fulfillment as well as all aspects of resource availability.

This new AI-powered feature is designed to transform your analytics data into clear, accessible, and meaningful insights—delivered directly within Alma: It will periodically highlight relevant trends and information across different areas of the library, helping all team members stay informed and engaged without the need to run complex Analytics reports or sift through raw data. |
Alma will begin delivering automated insights based on pre-defined Analytics reports. These insights will be generated periodically and shared as notifications with users in relevant roles. Users will also have the option to download the underlying report data for further review. |
Users will receive key insights directly, reducing the need to generate reports for routine monitoring and helping them quickly understand key aspects of library activity. |

Physical Holdings Retention
