    1. What is happening to the URL syntax of database National Academies Press?

What is happening to the URL syntax of database National Academies Press?

The database National Academies Press from the provider National Academies Press has updated title-level URLs. Therefore, we will be changing the title-level linking syntax in the Knowledgebase. The content of the database will remain the same. (NOTE: the database code for this database is RQV.)

This change will take effect on September 30, 2024:

    • Before September 30, 2024: https://nap.edu
    • After September 30, 2024: https://nap.nationalacademies.org

    Action you need to take:

    • If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds direct URLs or database specific information to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after September 30.
