Why are there Emerald Journal databases with similar names?

In Spring 2024 Emerald introduced a new sales model for their journal collections.  The Emerald platform now offers Standard, Current, and Backfile collections.

The Standard collections include approximately 30 years of coverage, Current includes 5 years, and the Backfile collections include archival content. 

Customers are encouraged to activate the respective targets based on the packages that they have purchased.
