Palgrave Connect Collections Removal

To better reflect the Palgrave Macmillan collections after they moved to the SpringerNature platform, we are removing the historical "Palgrave Connect" subject collections from the Knowledgebases (360/Alma/SFX). Please activate the corresponding SpringerNature Palgrave subject collections, which have the proper linking.

Please activate the corresponding "SpringerNature Palgrave" subject collection to which you are subscribed. 

A full list of collections that are being removed has been attached to this article.

Note that SpringerNature supplies KBART title lists for the Palgrave e-book subject collections by year.
