What is happening to the database URL of Ancestry Library Edition?

The provider ProQuest has updated the database URL of Ancestry Library Edition.

Therefore, we will be changing the database URL in the Knowledgebase. The content of the database, and the database ID (AHW), will remain the same.

This change will take effect on October 26, 2023:

• Before October 26: https://www.ancestrylibrary.com
• After October 26: https://ancestrylibrary.proquest.com

Actions you may need to take:

• Make sure that either https://ancestrylibrary.proquest.com or *proquest.com is included in your proxy configuration before October 26, 2023
• If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds direct URLs to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after October 26, 2023
