What is happening to the URL linking syntax of China Academic Journals (Qingdao Server) databases and Coverage Dates?
The provider East View Information Services has changed the title-level linking syntax for China Academic Journals (Qingdao Server) databases.
The existing linking syntax is no longer functional, therefore, we will be changing the title-level linking syntax in the Knowledgebase immediately. The content of the database will remain the same.
This change will take effect on September 2, 2021:
- Before September 2, 2021: http://eng.oversea.cnki.net/
- After September 2, 2021: https://oversea.cnki.net
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVERAGE DATES:
The provider East View Information Services has removed the "Coverage" information from the China Academic Journals title list. As a result, all the coverage gap information will be removed during regular updates. All databases will reflect the dates as provided to us in the title list. This change will take effect on October 4, 2021.
