What is Happening to Updates for Freely Accessible Japanese Titles from the provider ERDB Project in Japan (Provisional)?

Update January 20, 2020: Provider ERDB Project in Japan (Provisional) have repaired the title list for databae Freely Accessible Japanese Titles (db code 7.U). Regular updates of this database will resume immediately.

A significant number of titles in the KBART file for database Freely Accessible Japanese Titles (db code 7.U) are malformed with spaces missing, which would cause title normalization to fail. Therefore, updates to this database will be suspended pending resolution of this issue. The provider, ERDB Project in Japan (Provisional), has been notified.
