What is happening to the database and title-level URL linking syntax for the Thieme Clinical Collections databases?

The provider Thieme has changed the database and title-level linking syntax for the following Thieme Clinical Collections databases:
 
Thieme Clinical Collections (database code 0-9)
Thieme Clinical Collections 2000-2003 (database code AGCHH)
Thieme Clinical Collections 2004-2006 (database code ADPGO)
Thieme Clinical Collections 2007-2009 (database code AIYKT)
Thieme Clinical Collections 2010 (database code O.6)
Thieme Clinical Collections 2011 (database code O.7)
Thieme Clinical Collections 2012 (database code O.8)
Thieme Clinical Collections 2013 (database code 32-)
Thieme Clinical Collections 2014 (database code O.9)
 
Therefore, we will be changing the database and title-level linking syntax in the 360 KB knowledgebase. The contents of the databases will remain the same.
 
This change will take effect on Jan. 2, 2015:

Actions you may need to take:

• Make sure that either https://www.thieme-connect.de/products/all/home.html  or *www.thieme-connect.de/products/all/home.html  is included in your proxy configuration before Jan. 2, 2015.
• If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds direct URLs to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after Jan. 2, 2015.
