Open Access in Springer Nature Title Lists

We have had incoming cases from customers raising an issue in the Springer Nature KBART title lists.

Serial titles that have changed from subscription to Fully Open Access do not have a new entry to indicate the access type change in the KBARTs. The single entry is changed to access type “Fully Open Access” which is giving a false indicator that the whole serial run is open access, rather than just the years after the switch.

Springer Nature is aware of this issue and is working internally, but does not currently have a timeline for resolution.

We will update this article with any changes.
