Sage journals coverage information is supplied to us in the KBART files from Sage.

Further to requests from customers to update the end dates for journals in Sage Complete collection - 

Sage had informed us that 457 journals currently have "date_last_issue_online" in them.
As these metadata are feeding from the Sage platform directly, there might be some work required to change the date as per the customer's expectation.
This work is in process on the SAGE side.

We will update this article when we have the timeline for resolution from Sage.
