Sage Catalyst Platform Migration from July 2025 onwards
Ex Libris has confirmed with Sage that the Sage Catalyst collections have been migrated from Talis Elevate to VitalSource Explore from July 2025 onwards. Sage Sales teams are actively engaging with customers regarding this change. Unfortunately, Discovery Service Providers (DSPs) will not receive any metadata, including KBART files and MARC records for any of Sage Catalyst collections on VitalSource due to the authentication processes implemented by VitalSource. However, Sage is committed to collaborating with them in the long term to facilitate access to the Catalyst data for Discovery Service Providers.
