What is happening with Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. Targets in SFX?

Dear Mutual Customers-

We have recently discovered an issue impacting coverage and usage of Mary Ann Liebert content in our knowledgebase products (SFX, Alma, 360 KB).   The nature of the issue required some development work on our side, and that work has now been completed and we have implemented a fix that is now pending release into production for SFX and Alma.

This fix is scheduled to be released in SFX on April 23, and then in Alma on April 28.   For 360 KB customers, a fix was implemented and released on March 22.  

We have been working closely with Mary Ann Liebert to resolve the matter for the benefit of our mutual customers, and we appreciate Mary Ann Liebert’s assistance in resolving this matter.   We apologize for the inconvenience and any issues it may have caused for you and your patrons.  

Once the fixes have been released, if you or your patrons are still encountering issues with the title lists and/or linking, please notify us immediately by creating a support case, and setting the priority to high.
