Analytics Evidence LSU5 - No Prompts Available for Usage Statistics Total for Date Range

Inability to get usage statistics totaled for a specific date range via existing dashboards as there are no prompts to specify the reading list or timeframe desired. Current dashboard is too cumbersome.

Use Case:

Users want easy access to totaled statistics for date ranges of their choosing as reporting may need to be on a quarterly or other basis, such as on a semester or academic year basis, not just weekly.  

While weekly totals may be able to be summed in a basic analysis, this still does not give the flexibility to specify a specific date range as some milestones may not neatly fall on the dates of the weekly statistics.
