I couldn't get the loading to work. The following error was returned:

Error: the number of fields in /exlibris/metalib/m4_1/dat01/scratch/template.1100719171310 file is not equal to number of elements in the /exlibris/metalib/m4_1/dat01/import/ckb_export_20100819135130_production_orig_test_load1.xls file in line 1
Conversion program failed -- process abort.

Resolution:
p127, Resource Management Guide:
To create a tab?delimited file, open the Excel file that you created via the Activating Resources page, modify the file, and save it as a Unicode text file (see Figure 24). The first line of this file must specify the field columns, delimited by tabs.

NOTE: The Save As Type in Excel is called "Unicode Text (*.txt)" and it comes after Text (Tab delimited) (*.txt)" in the Excel drop-down list. It saves to a tab delimited text file in Unicode format.
