Desired Outcome Goal:
Change the e-mail address for retrieving failed e-mails

Procedure:
1. Edit the configuration file
> cd $metalib_conf
> vi metalib_start
put the correct e-mail address after the "setenv email_sender" parameter and save
(when this parameter is empty, then the default e-mail address is metalib@<localhost>)
2. Run:
> source metalib_start
> metalib_conf_create
> start_w
