    Description:
I have the following error in the pds_server.log :
    ServiceHandle failed = 11
What can I do to find the source of this problem ?

    Resolution:
The problem is due to an incorrect change in the PDS password.
The password must be changed in the tab_service.institute file as well as in the ./dat01/tab/tab_management table.
Following are instructions for changing the PDS password:

Change the PDS password entered in the ‘tab_management’ table as follows:
    >> dlib dat01
    >> dt
    >> vi tab_management

Change the password in Col. 2
    1 2 3 4 5
    pds 1234 Y METALIB pds

After changing this file, rerun www_m server:
    >> start_w

In addition add the following to ./pds/conf_table/tab_service.institute :
    INSTITUTE-CODE CITYUNIV
    SERVICES AUTHENTICATE
    PROGRAM-NAME metalib_x_server.pl wwww.myuni.com,8334,BOR-AUTH,N,pds,1234
    END

Where “pds” is the username and “1234” is the new password

Note that if NO username & password have been added, then the default values ( pds / pds ) are understood.

    Additional Information

    PDS,password,
