This problem occurs because of the integration with MS Internet Explorer - checking the server log (its part documenting the saving of a record) and confirmed that MetaLib saves and sends the record successfully, but the file is then blocked by Explorer. This problem is not visible when using Fire Fox.
We have also consulted Microsoft support about this issue. The only way to avoid this block in this case is to change the browser setting.
The way to change the default setting: Stop the Information bar from blocking file and software downloads
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab, and then click Custom level.
4. To turn off the Information bar for file downloads, scroll to the Downloads section of the list, and then, under Automatic prompting for file downloads, click Enable.
