    Description:
    I tried to translate textual elements in the ./insNN/www_v_<lng>/menu-lng HTML file to non-Latin characters using the ./insNN/tab/www_const.<lng> table.

    The www_const.<lng> table has the relevant character conversion line on top of the table (CHARACTER_CONVERSION=8859_X_TO_UNICODE)
    but the display of the language menu still appears as Gibberish.

    Resolution:
    Some HTML files require adding the character conversion line:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

    On the very top of the HTML file in order to display non-Latin characters correctly when these are translated either within the file itself or by using the www_const.<lng> table.

    One of these files is menu-lng.

    Adding this line to the top of the menu-lng HTML file causes the language menu to display the non-Latin characters correctly.
