    Primo Central: MyiLibrary Retirement Notification -- November 2018

    What is happening to MyiLibrary in Primo Central?

    MyiLibrary upgrades to Ebook Central are now complete. In order to maintain accurate and current metadata the existing MyiLibrary collection from Ingram Digital will be removed from Primo Central November 29, 2018.

    Actions you need to take before November 29th if you are still tracking MyiLibrary:

    1. Activate Ebook Central Perpetual and DDA titles Collection

    2. De-activate MyiLibrary

    3. To maintain availability and delivery functionality, please update Alma.  For more information: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/090Integrations_with_External_Systems/030Resource_Management/055Upload_Electronic_Holdings_from_ProQuest_Ebook_Central 

    The Content Team has been maintaining Ebook Central collection, so once you switch from MyiLibrary to Ebook Central you should see no disruption in service.

    • If you are having issues with missing titles or broken links, open a case with Ex Libris Content Support for Primo Central

    • If you are having issues with your purchased titles on the Ebook Central Platform, open a case with Ebook Technical Support at ebooksupport@proquest.com
