    Description

AVE and OWN fields are not published to Primo as expected.

    Resolution

Enable the parameter multi_campus_inventory_management in the Customer Parameters Mapping Table page.

(Administration > General Configuration > Configuration Menu > General Configuration > Other Settings)

Without this parameter being set to true the configuration at your institution is incomplete for restricting access based on Campus affiliation. After correcting this parameter you should also republish any records created or modified after September 4th 2016. Previously this information was published regardless of configuration and records will need to be republished to have this field available.
