* Attempt renew in Primo My Account after upgrade to Voyager 9 results in "There was a problem communicating with the Library"
This behavior is the result of issue VYG-5615.
A permanent, integrated fix for Issue VYG-5615 will be available in the next release of Voyager (Voyager 9.1.0).
If you are currently on Voyager 9.0.0 and experiencing this issue, please open a Case with Voyager Support to request the fix for this issue.
Replication steps: 1. Log in to Primo My Account as a patron with loans eligible for renewal. 2. Select loan from list. 3. Click Renew. 4. Receive error: "There was a problem communicating with the Library."
