Availability and Get It window failing to display Google bookcovers

Description:
Google thumbnails appear in the brief and full results, however fail to display in the GetIt window (after clicking on the GetIt link).
With IE and Chrome, the broken-image-link image is displayed. Firefox displays nothing.
