    Description:
    All Primo Service Packs (and hotfix packages) are cumulative - therefore it is possible to skip upgrading one (or more) service packs.

    However, it is important to run mandatory scripts related to the service packs being skipped. In our example, when jumping from 2.1.3 to 2.1.5 it is mandatory to run the Phase 1 script for SP 2.1.4 before upgrading to 2.1.5, in order that the installation be successful.
    Likewise, it is necessary to run full reindexing after applying 2.1.5, since this was not done after installing SP 2.1.4.
