    Description:
We encountered a problem during implementation where the source ID includes the name of the university, which is also the name of the city and appears in many other fields in the customer data.

The problem is that we index the source ID field so that a search for the university in ‘any’ (anywhere in the record) retrieves all of the results where the source ID field includes this word.

    Resolution:
We recommend NOT to use the name of the institution in the source ID field if the actual location name may exist in the data.
